PLUMA- Philippine Literary Sessions is a project that aims to give participants insights on the writing and editing processes and methodologies of acclaimed Filipinos in the literature and book publishing industry. The series of workshops aims to shine a light on the different literary paths that aspiring writers, editors, and publishers can follow and how their varied experiences help shape their works. It also aims to use writing, editing and publishing as a means to encapsulate the Filipino culture, offer valuable social commentary, and enrich the Filipino heritage.
Together with a group of editors in the book and publishing industry, Yabang Pinoy will dig deeper on the processes of editing and proofreading with the theme "The Editors' Stylebook" in a two-day series of workshops intended for students and literary enthusiasts.
