About PCPCC 2016 Annual Fall Conference

​This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we will celebrate in a big way all that we have accomplished together throughout the past decade. Held at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC, this year's Annual Fall Conference is sure to be our best yet! 
We'll celebrate in a number of ways, including an unforgettable Awards Dinner, as well as with engaging and insightful sessions focused on the most important issues at hand. This year's conference will also have a different style and condensed format than previous years with our executive member annual meeting and Awards Dinner being held on Wednesday, Nov. 9th and the main conference condensed into one day (Nov. 10th), followed by special post-conference mini-summits on Nov. 11th.

Headline topics include:

  • Primary Care & Health Policy: A Look Ahead with Post-November Election Analysis
  • Paying for High-Performing Primary Care (including analysis of MACRA, CPC+, and other payment reforms)
  • Promoting the Quadruple Aim: High-Performing, Team-based Primary Care That Includes Patients & Families
  • A special address from PCPCC Founding President Paul Grundy, MD, who will retire from the PCPCC Board of Directors and will receive the prestigious Barbara Starfield Award at the annual Awards Dinner on Nov. 9th.

The conference will also offer a fun and enlightening session comprised of 10-minute talks by primary care innovators and leaders.

If you are an executive member who unfortunately cannot attend the entire conference, but you'd like to attend the free executive-member only meeting and luncheon on Wed., Nov. 9 from 12:00-4:30 p.m. ET., please RSVP.
